About Me

Hello All! My name is Zarina Zaynutdinova, and I am a board-certified Occupational Therapist. Originally from Uzbekistan, I came to the U.S. at age 23. I received my graduate degree in Occupational Therapy in 2017 from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York.

I have experience in a wide array of OT settings. I enjoy educating others and demonstrating necessary skills for recovery within the adult community and have experience working in nursing homes/outpatient clinics and home care throughout New York City and Westchester County.

My passion is helping people of all ages. Adults that want to heal and believe their bodies can heal and to assist in releasing muscle tension, improving self-regulation, using my OT skills to improve functioning skills.

I started Just Right Challenge Service, LLC to help people that want to actively participate in their own life and be independent. Also using Craniosacral Therapy skills to help to heal people through mind, body and spirit. I am so appreciative to be a part of your healing journey. Transformation and change are so powerful and unique to each person. I cannot wait to meet you!

My goal is to help people throughout the life span by enhancing their quality of life, despite any diagnosis or symptoms.

As an occupational therapist, I focus on what is important to my clients and work holistically (integrating mind, body, & spirit) in order to help each person achieve their goals. My passion is to help people by making a positive difference in their lives as they become increasingly independent in their daily activities. I aim to provide clients with acute or ongoing assistance by enhancing their quality of life, regardless of their diagnosis or symptoms.

I love learning all that I can about geriatric occupational therapy, and I continually take courses to improve my OT skills. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends; traveling; and being active in my community.

I received and continue to enhance my CranioSacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute
